Steganography deals with concealing sensitive information that can either be communicated across a network or stored in secured location. The concealment of is accomplished through the carrier, making data access by an unauthorized person more difficult. There are many stenographic techniques have been used. Unfortunately, hybrid-multi-level approach was ignored. For this reason, current research utilized image steganography on hybrid-multi level involving encryption, compression, and two-stage high concealment. proposed technique used to conceal medical images without any distortion, allowing flexible secure transfer capability. After using Trible DES algorithm encrypt secret text at beginning process, next step involves embedding encrypted cipher message into host while keeping intact. findings indicate value PSNR NCC satisfactory when compared sensitivity human eye. As direct impact, confidential hidden from adversary. It seen quite high. Therefore, indicates after process relatively similar original image.
